- January 2: Movie - Drift. Cinematic fly-fishing adventure showing at New Belgium Brewery at 6:30. Sponsored by St. Petes Flyshop, proceeds will go to Friends of the Poudre. Tickets are available at St. Petes for $15. See Confluence Films for more info and a trailer.
- January 14: Board Meeting
- January 21: General Meeting at 6:30 PM at the Fort Collins Senior Center. January is the month for our All-Tiers meeting.
Typically this meeting brings in 8-10 professional and highly skilled fly tiers who share their techniques and secrets. This year, we will feature Eric Pattine, Rick Takahashi, Jim Choi, Gordon Waldmier, Greg Sheets and others. For a $15 entrance fee, you will get 15 raffle tickets for a variety of items, not the least of which will be the flies the tiers tie as you watch. Pizza and soft drinks will be provided at no further charge.
